5-things-to-do before Ramadhan...

 2. Stay Fit
Performing the fast, tarawih, sahur and other Ramadan rituals on top of our other daily activities requires us to stay healthy and fit. If exercise hasn’t been part of our daily routine, it might be a good idea to insert some simple exercises in our daily routine to improve our body’s endurance. Try to do a few stretches after the fajr prayer, then climb the stairs or take a brisk walk after lunch or in the evening.
In addition to prepping our body for additional Ramadan demands, exercise also promotes a better circulation of oxygen throughout our body, which will come in handy to combat drowsiness during Ramadan afternoons.
